Clone Trooper Republic Gunship Pilot Star Wars Attack of the Clones 3.75" Action Figure Feature
Star Wars action figures have come a long way from that 1970s Luke Skywalker--they call him vintage now--who seems to have had a penchant for attacking Fig Newtons. This 3-3/4-inch Clone Trooper is incredibly detailed, right down to the dirt splatters on his white armor. When he holds his blaster rifle, even his index finger reaches over the trigger, and you can tell he's a pilot by the yellow stripe on his helmet. He comes with a brown turret that can actually fire a neon-green projectile. The turret can also be attached to the left or right side of the Republic Gunship (sold separately) and the figure fits in the ship's cockpit. The trooper is articulated at the neck, shoulders, elbows, waist (right above his belt), and legs--although his head doesn't turn so well due to a funny apparatus around his neck. Both the figure and turret are solidly packaged and will take much coaxing to get out of the box--although avid collectors should be horrified at the idea of getting that far anyway.
